We’re pleased to announce the expansion of our farming operations in Paraguay with our new Nueva Italia II plantation. Situated on the other side of the road from Nueva Italia I (see picture below), the new plantation comprises 260 hectares. Most of the land will be used to grow citrus trees, though Nueva Italia II will also house our new hydroponic strawberry greenhouse operation and our orange juice processing plant.
Paraguayans love strawberries but local open field-grown strawberries are only available 4 months of the year and of low quality while imports are very expensive. This creates an excellent opportunity for hydroponically grown strawberries.
Hydroponic farming allows crops to grow faster all year round, using less water, less space, and minimal labor while drastically reducing crop failures. This means that not only will we be able to supply strawberries 12 months of the year, but our strawberries will also be bigger, juicier, fresher, and more desirable than any local or imported open-field strawberries.
Our hydroponic strawberries investment opportunity allows you to purchase a state-of-the-art hydroponic greenhouse on 4,000 m2 (1 acre) of land and earn passive income from the harvests of your strawberries. The project offers a very attractive ROI with the first payment after 18 months.
If you’d like to learn more about this exciting, limited availability opportunity then please visit the Hydroponic Strawberry Greenhouse Opportunity section where you can download our PDF brochure which explains the concept in detail, including the benefits and economic projections.
